Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline an order for whatever reason — maybe we’re out of stock, or we suspect fraud, or the penguins ate all our inventory (okay, not the last one). If we cancel, we’ll let you know and refund anything already paid.

4. Shipping

We aim to get your goodies packed and out the door quickly. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once your package leaves our hands, the shipping carrier takes responsibility for delivery. If anything goes awry in transit, just reach out and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we’ll contact you to figure out next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending.

5. Returns & Refunds

Sometimes things just don’t work out. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return. Here’s the gist:

• The item should be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Send us an email with your order number and tell us why you’re returning it.
• Once we receive the item and it checks out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Certain items (like final sale or personalized goods) might not be returnable — we’ll be upfront about those at the time of purchase.
